All camps are from 2-5pm at Lower Woodland Park, Field 7 in Seattle, Washington.
Please register for one athlete at a time.

Upside Camp operates on a self-ID basis, please select the gender option that best matches your child.
Who is camp for?
Upside Camp is for rising 7th through 9th graders who have some Team ultimate experience and want to improve their overall fitness while continuing to develop their frisbee abilities. Our workouts are strenuous while remaining age-appropriate. If your child is ready to be challenged they are ready for Upside Ultimate Camp.
What to Bring?
Running shoes. Cleats are optional.
Refillable Water Bottle. A small snack is recommended.
Sun Protection - Hats, sunscreen, long sleeve clothing, etc.
Girls/GX Registration
