This option is designed to help one or a few people get better, with specified training on whatever it is you want to work on. Coach Axel is knowledgeable in all things that have to do with frisbees, and he will give you all the tools you need to upgrade your game. Individual Lessons are offered to either gender, of any age group!
What To Bring:
Running Shoes
Cleats (Ultimate play and instruction will be on turf, not grass)
Water Bottle
Sun Protection: Hat / Long Sleeve Shirt / Sun Block
Recommended:
A light snack
A reversible jersey
A towel
